In Limbo

Apparently the updating of our blog reflects our life at the moment. We are doing well at Dan and Ave's house...couldn't ask for a better brother-in-law and sister-in-law...but I feel like we are in a major state of transition. It is hard to give updates on that. Not to mention, I still am not exactly sure where our camera cord is for downloading our pictures.

Here is a feeble attempt at an update:

• We've celebrated one of our niece's birthdays this past week -- 2 more to go (other niece this next week and E's the following).
• We've had several "goodbye" dinners with different sets of friends this week.
• We are (hopefully) packing up the remainder of things that will not be fitting in our suitcases and taking a final trip to Arkansas to see Ben's folks and some good college friends.
• I'll be taking a trip out to CA next weekend to see my cousin.
• The rest seems to be preparation: getting immunization copies, writing down the inventory of our suitcases, getting our suitcases down to a manageable weight (hopefully not more than 50 lbs. each), a few more farewells, etc.

Know that our next few weeks will probably be more crazy and more transitional than the past few...so forgive us if the next post doesn't happen for a while. :)
