Yep. We have a brass player in our midst. E decided to take up the trombone. He 'tried out' at school to see which intrument he wanted to try this year and the trombone won. He is really excited. He got it out this morning and came to tell me that he's figured out the first 2 notes in the Star Wars theme song. :)

Good choice E! You know Uncle Derek used to play the trombone too!!
How fun to have a trombonist in your midst! Not sure you recall but "uncle shad" had great musical skills, played the saxaphone and basically taught himself how to play the guitar.
