Vacation Fun

We've been in Arkansas since Friday night. On Saturday, Grandpa Mack and Grandma Brenda took us all rollerskating. Elam was a little disappointed that we wasn't automatically a pro. Silas got the hang of it and had a good time. Ben and I laughed about it taking a bit of time to get used to it again after not being on rollerskates for about 20 years. :)

We also went to see Chicken Little. By far, not the best Disney movie out there. The boys liked getting to see a movie in the theater though...I think it was Silas' first time to watch a movie in the theater, if you don't count the time that he came to the 3rd Lord of the Rings movie w/ Ben and me when he was 2 weeks old. :)

Last night, we went to the children's nativity play at Grandpa and Grandma's church. Elam brought his violin on this visit, so they let him play a little song before the play started. He was very cute!

We're off to bake Christmas cookies with Grandma now. :)
