"Where's Elam's head?"

As Elam and I were working on boxing up some books this morning, we heard Silas from the hallway..."Where's Elam's head?" We thought he was just being silly and playing around. After repeating the phrase about a dozen more times with a rather worried tone, I went to investigate the situation. I found him staring at a Willow Tree figurine that my mother-in-law had given me a few years ago with a mother sitting with one boy in her lap and another at her side. Silas was staring at it in astonishment and still repeating, "Where's Elam's head?" This is what he was seeing...
We are still not sure where Elam's head has rolled off to. :)
