Sunday was Mother's Day here in the UK. It was a nice day. Work was not busy and I was able to hitch a ride to church with some friends to meet Ben and boys. (I've only been able to make it to church 3 times since Christmas because of the heavy order load at work lately.)
I received 2 beautiful handmade cards from the boys -- E did some needlepoint and Silas did some painting. And Ben gave me a nice bunch of flowers. The boys also took me to (one of their favorite places) KFC for lunch. :)

Happy Mother's Day! I'm so sorry you had to work. Ok, must go find out which Jane Austin heroine I am. Don't we all want to be Miss Elizabeth Bennett? I hope I'm not Lydia, but thankfully she's not a heroine.
