Half-term holiday -- Brodsworth Gardens

On our first day of our little mini-break last week, we stopped at Brodsworth Hall and Gardens. The Hall is closed this time of the year, but the weather was beautiful and we had a picnic lunch and lovely walk around the gardens. There was a nice playground there too, so Ben and I found a bench and let the boys play for a few hours.

There were snowdrops all over the gardens -- that's about the only flower out here in February.

Ben had the idea that we stop in Sheffield on the way to our hotel and see if there was a movie showing. We were able to take the boys to see Bolt. Cute movie...they loved it!
