Just thought you might want to know
This post is for my friends and fam in Dallas, TX where it will be 92 today...Dad and Alice in Monroe, NC with a lovely 95...Mo and Papa (and Aunt Karyn and Uncle Kerry) in Kennewick, WA with a milder 86...but mostly for Hailey in Southern CA with a whopping 107 forecast!!! I am wearing a fleece sweatshirt and looking at the rain drizzling outside. Our high will be 62 today and 59 tomorrow. This is summer in Durham!

And in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Ben's parents are enjoying a beautiful, but steamy, 91. We have had lots of rain this year, and everying is a beautiful green. This year, hot weather just started this week.
Hmmm...not really sure what my point is. Mostly, I just think it's interesting that I'm wearing fleece in mid-July. Besides the constant rain we've been getting, this weather suits me...it makes me a happier me. :)
Ooops. I forgot to look up Arkadoo. I think I just tied it in with Dallas in my brain. Sorry!

Okay - so the only thing the 107 degree temp doesn't tell you is that it's been 50% humidity as well - dang those monsoon's!
Enjoy your weather. Wish I was wearing a fleece today! Too bad here we can't walk around naked - it would be much more comfy
