I came home from work one day this weekend to find that Ben and boys had taken Silas' stabilisers (training wheels) off his bike. I had to go see him in action and snap some photos. He did great! Ben would only pinch the back of his shirt and he'd just take off...he'd yell 'Let go!' when he was ready and continue on for several yards. You can tell that he was quite proud of himself too.
Yesterday was a Bank Holiday...Ben, Silas, and I went across town to a bike shop over there for their big sale. Ben got a new bike...hopefully one that will work better than
his other one has. Silas had to be the big helper when they were putting it together. Elam was out with a friend all day yesterday, or I'm sure he would have been in the mix as well.

Love the "helper" face -- reminds me of his serious side when he got the work bench from Laura and the boys -- he loves to work at fixin' things! Love Ben's grin as he is watching him, too...sweet pictures!
Bikes.... oh how I miss bikes!! Please tell me about Ben's. It's great to see Silas out there on two wheels. I remember those early "training" days with Elam at out Lubbock house. That was interesting to say the least!
