I went into Silas' room to wake him -- had to make sure he had enough time to open birthday presents before school. I looked at him and commented on how unbelievably big he is now that he's 5. He looked back at me and said, 'Mom, food makes you grow...birthdays don't.' :)
Btw, pictures coming soon of Thanksgiving, a fabulous snow day, and Silas' 5th.

That's a classic. Seems like both the boys are on top of thinking "real".
