Ben blogged earlier about finding a new home in Durham -- I am (at the moment) letting him work on that side of things as I am trying to work on getting us out of this home. My mom came from Oregon yesterday to help me with things. She is an AWESOME organizer and has lots of great ideas and much more focus than I do right now. :) We worked on our bedroom closet today. A friend of mine also came to pick up one of our 6 foot bookshelves from our bedroom. I'm going to try to make an appt. with the carpet guy tomorrow to come clean the carpet in the 2 bedrooms as much as it can be. (We are actually putting a carpet allowance into our price. -- We're thinking the giant marker spots on the boys' carpet probably won't help with the selling of the condo.)

We also have stripping wallpaper/painting the kitchen; touching up paint on the trim, mouldings, cupboards, etc.; and "de-cluttering"as much as possible on our "to do" list this week.
