May 1st

Ben and I talked to our realtor yesterday...she came over to check out our place, let us know what we might want to do to get it sold, gave us the comps, and we decided on a price. We plan to put our condo on the market on May 1st. My mom is coming down next week to help me get our stuff a little more organized -- what we're keeping, what we need to send to Goodwill, and what we should sell in the next garage sale. The main goal is to remove any and all clutter. We're also going to strip the wallpaper in the kitchen and give it a fresh coat (or 2 or 3) of paint.

So...anyone interested in a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in North Dallas? Let us know. :)
