As kick-off for the Superbowl was at 11.30p on Sunday night, we decided to have the game recorded and then had a bunch of friends over last night for the game. Ben and I even managed to stay away from the news yesterday so that the results weren't spoiled for us. Since it is shown on a channel here there were only British commercials...but we did get on Youtube.com to check out some of the commercials. I think the beard combover was probably our favorite. "Real" football, pizza, and 7-layer bean dip -- a bit of America in our English "lounge"!

Most that I've talked to were disappointed about the commercials this year. Very happy for our hometown boy-- Peyton! If the Saints couldn't play, then him winning was the next best thing.
