about walking in the middle of the day in the middle of August and seeing your breath. It is COLD here -- it has been since Sunday. We've even contemplated turning on the radiators.
We were definitely spoiled with the August and September that we arrived to here a year ago. We declared the loveliness of August on our blogs and in our emails to other Americans that are heading this way to start on the journey we began last year. The 2 new southern Californian couples that just arrived off the plane yesterday will never believe anything else we have to say about England. :)

Yes- that's right. We want a refund. We heard it was always in the high 70's, perfectly sunny and it NEVER rains .....
