No Jif?

The boys and I took Ben to the airport this morning for his PhD interview trip. He is off to Chicago today and then to the UK tomorrow. He'll be back next week...hopefully with a good idea of where he would really like to study.

So...we have Ouachita people that we know that are at Wheaton (Chicago) and at Aberdeen (Scotland). They both offered Ben a place to stay when he was around -- very nice!!! When Ben talked to Joey and Sadie in Scotland, he asked if there was anything he could bring them. With 4 kids...they quickly replied, "American peanut butter!" Apparently Jif is not a staple in Scotland!

A week or so ago we were talking with Elam about moving. He said that he wasn't going to vote (as if he really has a vote???) for England because they talk funny there. When he learns about the no p.b. in Scotland thing, I think one of the States schools will be his choice.

If Ben returns and announces, "Scotland it is," Elam will await your Jif care packages. :)
