be happy. I just realized that most of you are finishing up for the summer tomorrow or next week. Elam and Silas have 1 more day of school until their summer half-term break. What does that mean? Well, the boys have 1 week off of school next week and then they go back to school to finish out their summer term -- 7 more weeks!!! They get out on July 20th! I have to say as a parent I think a more year round school calendar makes much more sense...but, as someone who used to work at a school, it was nice to have that whole summer off. The boys will get 6 weeks this summer -- they don't return to school until September 5th.
