Happy New Year!
We made it back to Durham around 7 last night. E asked if he could stay up again like he did last year. We managed to get Silas to sleep without him realizing that his brother wasn't doing the same -- he must have been worn out from all the traveling. Ben, E, and I broke in our new Settlers of Catan game (thanks G'pa Norm and G'ma Alice!) and watched the festivities in London on the telly. So, the ball dropping in Times Square is good and all, but Big Ben's 12 'bongs' is a pretty cool start to the New Year IMHO.

I'm commenting on the last 5 posts or so. First - I love the wedding pic - first time I've ever seen you in a dress! and you guys still look the same! Happy Anniversary - what an accomplishment in these days! Thanks for the Christmas card - your boys are so grown up and it's a great picture. I just got blockus for my brother ans sister in law - they do game night oo with their 4 kids anf they loved it! What else? Happy new year and thanks for being such a good blogger - you are my inspiration!
