Reminders that my child is being educated in the UK

• When he's playing with his Magnetix he tells me to look at his pentagon -- not said pent-uh-gone but pent-ih-gihn.
• He says, 'Wow, I bet that's 30 centimetres long!' So, people actually do measure in centimetres? And yes, on a spelling test it would be centimetres, not centimeters. :)
