In the House

We're in and we like it. We're still a little out of the loop because the prior occupant didn't call to shut off her phone service. So the phone company said we have to wait a week to have our number turned on. We do have phone service, but apparently it's under her old phone number. Anyhow, most things are set up but this has delayed a couple of things (namely, DSL) getting set up.

We didn't even know about the bomb plot until a couple of people emailed us about it because no tv yet. We are definitely glad we made it over before all that. Plus I guess it helped that we were flying Aer Lingus which is the main Irish airline, since they don't seem to be hung up in the main plot. However, it seems there are quite a few flight cancellations still that we are very grateful not to be involved in. Speaking of transportation, we returned the rental car today, so we'll be doing the bus system. My return from the airport was fairly easy and we live about 3 blocks from a Tesco which is much like a Super Walmart, so we should be good.
