Competition

Today Silas and I played cards -- memory...with a normal deck of cards to help him recognize numbers and a few letters. He has a great memory and always does well to find matches. At the end of the game, we counted up our matches (again, to work on numbers and counting) and he had more than I did. Had we played this a week ago I would have heard, "Yay!!! We win, momma!" Today was different..."I win and you LOSE, momma!" I guess we've entered a new stage.
