Not in the Bible Belt

I went to the Patristics/Early Church seminar yesterday. This has a peripheral relationship to my thesis, so I figured I'd sit in on it. I understood about 2/3 of what they said, primarily a problem of me not understanding that area of scholarship but also because the English don't always talk loud so it's harder to understand their accent. But the interesting thing was that wine was served again. This was a meet/greet session, so I don't think wine is part of the regular schedule. However, I think I may have drank --or is it drunk : ) --more wine in the past week than in the past 7 years in back in Dallas.
