Bonfire Night

We made it out to the Bonfire Night festivities that are put on by the police and firemen here in Durham. It was a rather spendy night but well worth it from E's point of view. He repeatedly said thank you for such a great night. We had a fun spin on a tea cup ride; long waits in the food lines for great fish and chips, a horrible hot dog, and decent cotton candy; an OK view of the bonfire; a fabulous view of the fireworks. All in all it was a fun outing but we may save on the priciness of the event and just find a good place to view the firework show with our own snacks next year.

Wow the boys look so much alike in this picture. At first I thought it some trick photography with a double take of Elam!
