Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving. As today is just like any other day in England -- Elam is in school, Ben is studying, etc. -- we are celebrating on Saturday. We are having several American theology students and wives over for a Thanksgiving potluck. It took me a while to find recipes where I can get all the ingredients here but I found a few favorites -- my grandmother's cranberry fluff and my sister-in-law's broccoli casserole. Yum!
In other news...Ben arrived home safely yesterday afternoon. After we all indulged in a few Oreos that he brought home with him (lots of transfats running through our systems!) , he headed to bed early and got about 12 hours of sleep. We are all happy to have him home!

Glad daddy is home...ah, Oreos...a taste of "home"...wish you were here to share in the pumpkin pie, rolls, salad (ok, maybe not the salad). love, you...happy Thanksgiving to those whom I feel incredibly blessed to share life with...mom
