I attempted a new thing the other day -- homemade English pasty (said pass-tee). Basically it's a filled puff pastry. I did buy the puff pastry dough at the store and then rolled it out and filled with ham and cheese. It was really good and I'm looking forward to trying again with a different filling -- maybe chicken and leeks?!?!
